1. Please check that the Gig Owner has sent the payment in the App by clicking into the Gig details.
If the payment has been sent you should see a 'Gig Summary' of the amount you earned.
If you have requested payment from the Owner and they have not paid you for the Gig, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Please note all payments are processed through either Stripe or Revolut, our payments partners.
Stripe payments take up to 3 working days to process.
Revolut payments will be processed 'same day' once the business has confirmed your gig details.
