1. Please check that the Gig Owner has sent the payment in the App by clicking into the Gig details.
If the payment has been sent you should see a 'Gig Summary' of the amount you earned.
If you have requested payment from the Owner and they have not paid you for the Gig, please contact email@example.com
2. Please note that we process all our payments immediately from Gig Owners to Gig Helpers using our payment partner Stripe.
Depending on your bank, and the day the Gig was carried out and paid for, the money can take between 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) before it reaches your bank account.
If you believe that the Gig was paid and more than 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your payment please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate further.
