It is in the Spirit of the App that Gig Helpers are paid by Gig Owners as soon as possible after the Gig is completed.
Please understand that immediate payment by Gig Owners may not always be possible, and as such our terms of service allow for a grace period of 72 hours after the Gig has been completed for Gig Owners to settle their payments to you.

Please also note that Gig Owners may well have processed the payment for the Gig to you, but it has not reached your bank account yet.
You will know that a payment has been sent by the Owner if you can see a "Gig Summary" receipt at the bottom of the Gig Details screen on the App.
Once an Owner has processed the payment to you, the money can take up to 10-15 business days to reach your bank account, depending on yours and the Gig Owner's bank.
